Mark A. Morrison,LCSW,ACSW,SAC-IT

Mark Morrison is a licensed clinical social worker and substance abuse counselor who offers personalized counseling services to adolescents, adults and couples. He has more than 35 years of professional experience as a clinician, supervisor, administrator and educator in a variety of settings across diverse private, not-for-profit and public environments. 

Mark has the expertise to work with you on a broad range of concerns, including:

Treatment Philosophy

Mark takes a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to fully understand and address your concerns. He recognizes that your story is unique and will work with you to develop the best path to self discovery, awareness and a stronger sense of total well-being.

Using a customized cognitive behavioral therapy approach, Mark will work with you to help change negative patterns of thinking and behaviors. Together, you will identify areas of concern and develop effective strategies to make positive changes. Depending upon your individual needs and goals, Mark may include other behavioral therapies and forms of meditation in your treatment plan.

Mark is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he teaches a course on Ethics. He is also a substance abuse counselor in training and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
